Choose the Adventure Skill and stage you worked on, tick who was there, then tick the criteria you covered. Anything covered at an earlier meeting stays done, so you only tick what is new. When a member has finished every criterion you can award the stage to everyone at once.
Who was here is filled in from that evening’s attendance register, and the criteria are recorded against that date rather than today.

Download this template first, then upload it here. Each Adventure Skill has two columns: the level whose criteria are finished, and Awarded for the highest level you have actually awarded. In an Awarded column you can put a level number, or Yes to award everything completed, or leave it blank to change nothing. An import only ever moves a member forward - it never removes progress or takes back an award. Keep the column headings unchanged; save as CSV UTF-8 in Excel so Irish names and fadas are retained.
